Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) Scandal

What is scandal? according to some dictionary, it means a disgraceful event.
What is disgraceful? It means giving offense to moral sensibilities and injuries to reputation.

Is the January 3 operation activity at the Vicente Sotto Memorial Medical Center (VSMMC) to a 39-year-old homosexual guy considered as a scandal? I do not know!
I felt pity to this guy when he answered questions made during the interview last night
at the Abs-Cbn TV Patrol Cebu.

Naks! i am hoping that those nurses or doctor will be terminated in the said hospital
and will be blacklisted to all hospitals including in the other country.
They do not show their Work Ethics..tsk2x
