All Stories Revealed Under The Sun

CBS Family: Another milestone

After the ASUS Ultimate Overclocking Show at SM City Cebu which CBS are invited, the group headed to MCbilly’s house to unwind and push a party!

[CBS pipz, hala kanta pa Jan!]

[Hala, pose2x pa murag wala nasa-ag padulong ila Bill! hehehe]

First of all, congratulations to Mcbilly for his award winning graduation and to CBS family who have showed and participated in the OC show. As what M’ Angie has told, CBS is solid. Yes, we are solid not just physically and socially; we are solid in terms of cooperation, team understanding, common goal achievement, love at work and most of all, loving one another. (not the one you are thinking, lol)

[CBS camwhores! wahahhah]

The highlight of the overnight party was the Videoke showdown which I believe I have tried my best but my best wasn’t good enough to beat Janmck ‘s 94% rate, hahah. The house was filled with big smile faces and which I believed to have laughing gas inside which laughing took place in every corner of the house. Not to mentioned the teasing of CBS pipz to AJ.

[Tag-ana kinsay hubog! heehh]

Some of the CBS family members needed to go home early for some personal commitments but that was not the hindrance for the enjoyment that the group started. Videoke continued story telling and personal story sharing took place; even personal revelations covered the environment. And the night or I may say the dawn ended with some of the members sleeping inside the well prepared rooms upstairs.

[The CBS idols, apil ko ha? hehe]

But after 2-3 hours of rest, CBS family took their breakfast prepared by Mcbilly’s maid, Ate Jackie who has rendered her service from the start. The group concluded the party with the revelation of the CBS-SNN blind items/issues and review of some important incoming events and activities for CBS.

[Janmck, yaw suya ha.. miga ra raba mi! heheh]

Once again, I would like to thanks Mcbilly Wilfred Sy, Ate Jackie and all CBS members who have participated and created another milestone for CBS  family.

Batch 2009 Graduates, Congratulations!

Yes!
Another milestone for our youngsters have ended.
Four years of sacrifice and forfeit are closed.
Four years of laughter and tears are diminished.
Four years of friendship will be either reminisced or extended.
Four years of our Parents burden have now unloaded.
Yes!

These are what i saw and felt when i observed my brother’s mannerism these days passed. Yes! He is graduating tomorrow, and i, as his bro and model, will be attending this one of a kind ceremony. He may not feel what i have felt during my High School graduation , but i will surely let him know and feel what i have undergone.

To the other graduates of batch 2009, remember, life has just started and for this time, it will be more serious and challenging.
Don’t be afraid to open up,
Don’t be afraid to yell,
Don’t be afraid to say,
If you see something, say something..
Don’t be afraid to walk on that wicked hall;
Do not be afraid….

Now you have your tool, your education, you can now build your future, our future and for the country’s future.
Just believe in yourself.
And for the parents just like my papa and mama, this song is for you…

Thank you for teaching me how to love
Showing me what the world means
What I’ve been dreamin’ of
And now I know, there is nothing that I could not do
Thanks to You

For teaching me how to feel
Showing me my emotions
Letting me know what’s real
From what is not
What I’ve got is more that I’d ever hoped for
And a lot of what I hope for is
Thanks to you

No mountain, no valley
No time, no space
No heartache, no heartbreak
No fall from grace
Can’t stop me from believing
That my love will pull me through
Thanks to You

(Adlib)

There’s no mountain, no valley
No time, no space
No heartache, no heartbreak
No fall from grace
Can’t stop me from believing
That my love will see me through
Thanks to You
Thanks to You

For teaching me how to live
Putting things in perspective
Teaching me how to give
And how to take
No mistake
We were put here together
And if I breakdown
Forgive me but it’s true
That I’m aching with the love I feel inside
Thanks to You
Thanks to you

And again, Congratulations Batch 2009 graduates.

My Christmas Wreath Card

Last Thursday, i was able to make my own version of Christmas Card with Christmas Wreath as center of attraction, this is to address the requirement of our Filipino 2 project before vacation.

Here is the idea on how to make a CHRISTMAS WREATH CARD:

Materials:
Crepe Paper (any color will do, but i prefer green)
Used Card Board or Folder (any color, but i use white)
Used Ribbon (actually, i got my ribbon from our Christmas tree)
Felt Paper (any color but i use red)
Used neon color paper or art papers
gold dust
Scissor
White Glue
Glue gun with Glue Stick
Pencil

Steps:

For the Christmas Wreath
1. Trace a donut-like shape using pencil and clear out the inside circle
2. Cut the crepe paper to any small size

3. Paste the cut crepe paper in the way that it will looks like a small leaves that stick together.

4. Cut a used ribbon and twirl it around the donut-like structure which is full of crepe paper already
5. Sprinkle the ribbon with gold dust

6. Finish the Christmas Wreath with a two-layered ribbon attached to the top left of it.

For the Christmas Card
1. Trace a circle shape in the cover page of the card which is at the upper right of it. After which, take the circle out of the card creating a hole.
2. Cover the front page with felt paper. You may do it as a whole but in my case i only covered the center diagonal part of the page and i covered the rest with a printed Christmas style of felt paper.
3. Put a diagonal layered of used ribbon in the bottom right part and upper left of the card.

4. And now attach the Christmas wreath in the hole we made earlier.
5. And in the space found at the bottom left, you may style it with printed greetings or manually pen it.

Inside the Christmas Card.
1. Cut a candle like structures using the used card board with different heights and position them in the way that they can be seen when the Christmas card is close through the hole we made.
2. Twirl a used ribbon or art paper around the candles.
3. Use an art paper colored yellow and cut them into a fire-like shape and paste them under and at the top of the candles
3. finish the candle design with a half ribbon below it.

4. Put Christmas message or dedication beside the candle

There you go, here is what i call Christmas Wreath Card. My Teacher like it very much so with my friends and classmates and they did not believe that i made it with all by myself, but in reality, the ribbon i put in my Christmas wreath was made by my friend here in the company.

In addition to this Christmas season, i bought a Motorola w230 as a gift to my brother who is going to finish his high school year by March next year. This will serve as my Christmas and Graduation gift to him and he liked it very much. Actually, that is his first cellphone ever, because in the previous years, i am so strict when it comes to study and education that’s why i never bought him CP until yesterday.

My Gift to my Brother

Before i draft this post, i also done wrapping gifts for my inaanak, to my mother, lola and nanay. And for the rest, i will do it by tomorrow, since i need to rush again to SM or any mall because my little brother want a bicycle as his Christmas gift from me. Oh my! i will lost all my savings but i believe it worth it coz i love them very much.

Once again, to my readers, blogmates and friends, I love you and Happy holidays!

PS: I would like to thanks my Auntie for giving me a pair of flip-flop slippers from Penshoppe. She really did know what brand i like most. aheheh
