Gian Karlo Dapul: ESU International Public Speaking Champion
Yes, another Filipino made it to the top.
He is a 16 year old Philippines Science High Schools student.
He swiped other contestants in the famous English Speaking Union’s (ESU) International Public Speaking Competition held in the United Kingdom on May 9.
